- 4–6 cups fresh or frozen fruit (berries, mango, peaches)
- 4–6 Tbsp honey (or sugar substitute)
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and prepare your chosen fruit by peeling and chopping it into smaller pieces. Blend until smooth.
- Add honey and lemon juice to the fruit purée and blend again until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 15–20 minutes until thickened.
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Bake at 170°F (75°C) for 4–6 hours until no longer sticky.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into strips and rolling them up.
