  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with four shallow dishes: milk, seasoned flour (flour mixed with garlic and onion seasoning), ranch dressing, and panko mixed with dry ranch dressing.
  3. Dip each mushroom cap in milk, followed by flour, then ranch dressing, and finally coat it in panko breadcrumbs.
