  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices of sharp cheddar or your favorite melting cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
