- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

- 8 oz brick of feta cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut broccoli into quarters and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper; toss to coat. Make space in the center for the feta and drizzle with additional olive oil.
- Bake for 35 minutes until the broccoli is tender and the feta is soft. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Once baked, combine the broccoli and feta in the baking dish, adding reserved pasta water gradually until creamy. Stir in cooked pasta along with lemon juice, zest, and basil before serving.
