- 2 cups quick-cook grits

- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 beaten eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add minced garlic and slowly stir in the grits while whisking to avoid lumps. Cook until thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and mix in butter until melted. Stir in the smoked Gouda and sharp cheddar cheese until combined.
