Ingredients
- 20 large jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups fresh or thawed spinach
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in a baking dish. Stuff each shell with the filling and place seam-side up in the dish.
- Pour remaining marinara over the shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
