  • 23 carrots
  • 23 green onions
  • 34 cloves garlic
  • ½ inch knob ginger
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ cup low sodium beef broth
  • Mandu dumpling wrappers
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep the veggies by mincing onion, carrot, garlic, ginger, and green onion in a food processor.
  2. In a large bowl, combine minced vegetables with ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Mix until slightly tacky.
  3. Assemble dumplings on a cutting board using wrappers; spoon filling into each and seal tightly.
  4. Steam or pan-fry dumplings until cooked through and golden brown.
