  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 16 oz jar cocktail onions (drained)
  • 8 oz block cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Chop cocktail onions into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add panko breadcrumbs with seasonings. Toast until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, combine half the toasted breadcrumbs with cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, horseradish, and remaining seasonings using a hand mixer until smooth.
  4. Chill the dip in a serving bowl covered with plastic wrap.
  5. Before serving, top with remaining breadcrumbs and dried parsley.
