Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped peaches (peeled if desired)
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • Honey or maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 170°F and line a baking pan with a silicone baking mat.
  2. Puree chopped peaches in a blender until smooth. Add honey if needed, then drizzle the puree onto the baking mat.
  3. Repeat with blueberries, filling in gaps left by the peach puree.
  4. Swirl both mixtures together using a small spatula.
  5. Place in the oven and dry for 6-8 hours, checking every couple of hours until fully dried.
  6. Once cooled, peel from the mat and cut into strips.
