  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups Panko crumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate pork chops in buttermilk using a large ziptop bag for at least 2 hours (up to 24 hours).
  2. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Panko crumbs, flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Remove the chops from the marinade; season with salt and pepper. Coat each chop in the crumb mixture thoroughly.
