  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Place the egg whites on a serving platter and transfer the yolks to a mixing bowl.
  2. In the bowl with the yolks, add Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, mayonnaise, anchovy paste, grated Parmesan, and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix until smooth.
