- 4 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Milk
- Dijon mustard
- Smoked paprika
- Chicken broth
- Garlic
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot. Add potato chunks and cook until fork-tender (15-20 minutes). Drain, then mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Season shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove.
