  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Optional: ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream filling by mixing pudding with milk until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  2. In a baking dish, layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom. Spread half of the cream filling over them and top with all the apple pie filling.
