  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed.
  5. Fold in cheese, meats, oregano, basil, and optional red pepper flakes.
  6. Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden; check doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
