  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Paprika, salt, and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper for the filling.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and evenly spread the seafood mixture on each. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer until thickened to create the garlic cream sauce.
  4. Pour sauce over tortilla bombs in the baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 18 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
