Ingredients
- 6 medium flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Garlic (minced)
- Paprika, salt, and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper for the filling.
- Lay tortillas flat and evenly spread the seafood mixture on each. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer until thickened to create the garlic cream sauce.
