Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, and dijon mustard in a medium bowl. Add chicken breasts and coat well; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat. Grill marinated chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Allow to rest before slicing.
