  • 5 tablespoons white miso paste
  • Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • Fry oil
  • 2 shallots (peeled and sliced thin)
  • 34 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
  • Ramen eggs
  • Fried onions

  • Furikake
  • Nori sheets
  • Sriracha
  • Gochujang sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare chicken by coating cutlets in whisked egg, then breading with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
