  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Topping: 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; whisk until well mixed.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. While still warm, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
