- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (Plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water (To adjust sauce consistency)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving half a cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken seasoned with Cajun seasoning and cook until golden brown.
- Add broccoli to the skillet and sauté until tender.
- Lower the heat and mix in butter, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, zest, parsley, chives, and half of the Parmesan cheese until combined.
- Toss in cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to achieve desired sauce consistency.
- Serve immediately topped with additional Parmesan cheese.
