  • 6 oz Crab Meat (fresh or imitation)
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • Wonton Wrappers (20-25)
  • Oil for Frying (vegetable or peanut oil)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and crab meat. Stir in green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce until smooth.
  2. Lay wonton wrappers on a clean surface and place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of each.
  3. Moisten edges with water, fold into triangles or pouches, and pinch tightly to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
