  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup cooked chopped bacon

  • 1 clove garlic, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Chop hard-boiled eggs into small pieces and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
