  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas

Instructions

  2. Dip each fish fillet in buttermilk then dredge in the flour mixture until well-coated.

  4. For the slaw, combine shredded cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, mayonnaise, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl and toss.
