  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up three shallow dishes: one with seasoned flour, one with whisked eggs and water, and one with Panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
