  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 56 pepperoncini peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Top with butter and arrange pepperoncini around it.
  4. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until tender.
  6. Shred chicken using two forks and mix with sauce.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
