  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely grated or minced (for garlic sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for garlic sauce)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (for garlic sauce)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, cumin, paprika, minced garlic, and other marinade ingredients.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they’re fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat grill pan or oven to medium-high heat. Grill each thigh for 5-6 minutes per side or roast in the oven at 425°F for about 25–30 minutes.
  4. Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  5. For the garlic sauce, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, grated garlic, lemon juice, and salt until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
