Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
