Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 small flour tortillas (6-inch diameter)
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, dill pickles, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Place about 3 tablespoons of the filling on the bottom third of each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet and lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
