  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 small flour tortillas (6-inch diameter)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, dill pickles, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Place about 3 tablespoons of the filling on the bottom third of each tortilla and roll tightly.
  4. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet and lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
