- 6 English muffins, split and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce (store-bought or homemade)

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
