- 1 Tbsp. Vitamin C Crystals
Instructions
- Prepare the molds by placing silicone gummy bear molds on a baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, combine grape juice concentrate, water, and honey; heat gently until steaming.
- Remove from heat; gradually whisk in the gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Mix in elderberry syrup and vitamin C crystals until smooth.
- Carefully fill the molds using a dropper or spoon.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Pop out the gummies and store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
