  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 Scoops Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. Gaia Black Elderberry Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Vitamin C Crystals

Instructions

  1. Prepare the molds by placing silicone gummy bear molds on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine grape juice concentrate, water, and honey; heat gently until steaming.
  3. Remove from heat; gradually whisk in the gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Mix in elderberry syrup and vitamin C crystals until smooth.
  5. Carefully fill the molds using a dropper or spoon.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  7. Pop out the gummies and store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
