  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 ounces deli roast beef
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 10.5 ounces beef consommé
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat; add provolone cheese, roast beef, and French fried onions on one half. Brush the edge with olive oil.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly from the filled end and place it seam-side down on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  4. Brush the tops of each roll with olive oil and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While baking, prepare au jus by heating consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder in a saucepan for about 3–4 minutes.
  6. Let roll-ups rest for 2 minutes before slicing into halves or thirds and serve warm with au jus.
