- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 12 ounces deli roast beef
- 1 cup French fried onions
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 10.5 ounces beef consommé
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay a tortilla flat; add provolone cheese, roast beef, and French fried onions on one half. Brush the edge with olive oil.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from the filled end and place it seam-side down on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Brush the tops of each roll with olive oil and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare au jus by heating consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder in a saucepan for about 3–4 minutes.
- Let roll-ups rest for 2 minutes before slicing into halves or thirds and serve warm with au jus.
