  • 1 package (20 pieces) refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  2. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry coated ravioli in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
