- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal (optional)

- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon parsley

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (for dressing)
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (to adjust dressing consistency)
Instructions
- Make the ranch dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Adjust consistency with milk. Refrigerate until serving.
