  • 6 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 3/4 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, ground coriander, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Pat dry the cod fillets and coat them evenly in the flour mixture.
