  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • Avocado oil for cooking
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, green onions, soy sauce, and optional sriracha. Cook until fully browned.
  2. Add avocado oil to the same skillet and sauté the shredded Brussels sprouts for about 5–7 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  3. Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet with Brussels sprouts. Stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice until well combined.
  4. Serve warm over rice or inside tacos. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
