  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, microwave pitted cherries for 30 seconds. Mash with a fork until they form a chunky jam. Mix in chia seeds and maple syrup; refrigerate to thicken.

  3. Layer half of the oat mixture into a mason jar followed by half of the cherry jam. Repeat with remaining oat mixture and jam.
