Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen peaches (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 cup apple juice or water

- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
Instructions
- Blend peaches, apple juice (or water), lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
- Heat the blended mixture in a saucepan over medium-low heat until warm.
- Sprinkle gelatin onto the warm mixture and stir for about 3–5 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
