Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen peaches (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin

Instructions

  1. Blend peaches, apple juice (or water), lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
  2. Heat the blended mixture in a saucepan over medium-low heat until warm.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin onto the warm mixture and stir for about 3–5 minutes until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
  5. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
