  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (for caramel)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 24 ounces chocolate almond bark
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour and sugar; cut in softened butter until crumbly. Press into the pan.
  4. Bake crust for about 20 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. For caramel, melt butter in a saucepan, add brown sugar, corn syrup, and condensed milk; boil and stir for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Pour cooled caramel over crust; let firm up (about 10 minutes in the fridge).
  7. Cut into strips after cooling completely.
  8. Melt chocolate bark with oil in intervals until smooth.
  9. Dip each bar into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to set.
