Ingredients
- 900 g cherry tomatoes
- 454 g angel hair pasta
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 6 tbsp minced garlic
- 18 large basil leaves
- 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Add halved cherry tomatoes and toss to coat.
- Boil salted water in a large pot. Add angel hair pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
