- 12 ounces linguine pasta

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package directions; reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.

- Add heavy cream and half of the parsley; cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Return chicken to skillet along with linguine and parmesan. Toss to coat well.
- Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water if needed. Serve garnished with additional parsley and parmesan.
