  • 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • to taste Salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak by mixing vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper in a bowl. Coat the steak fully and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until medium-rare. Let it rest before slicing thinly.
  3. Prepare your rice as directed if not already cooked. In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, sliced steak, green onions, shredded carrots, and cucumber.
  4. For the spicy cream sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, honey, and salt until smooth. Drizzle over each bowl before serving.
