Instructions
- Marinate the steak by mixing vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper in a bowl. Coat the steak fully and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until medium-rare. Let it rest before slicing thinly.
