Instructions
- Boil the eggs by covering them with cold water in a pot, bringing to a boil, then covering and letting sit off heat for 10-12 minutes. Cool in ice water before peeling.
- Halve the cooled eggs and remove yolks into a mixing bowl. Mash yolks until smooth and mix in mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream (if using), jalapeños, cheddar cheese, bacon, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
