  • 89 tsp jerk seasoning (to taste)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 5 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp tamari
  • 1/4 tsp gluten-free hot sauce
  • Optional: ground ginger and smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels; season with salt, pepper, jerk seasoning, and baking powder. Toss to combine.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F; spray the rack with cooking oil. Arrange wings in a single layer.
  3. Cook wings for 15-17 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pot over medium heat; add minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in honey, tamari, hot sauce, ginger, and smoked paprika; simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Coat cooked wings in the sauce or brush on before returning to air fryer for an additional 8 minutes.
