  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Dried Basil
  • Dried Parsley
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, spices, and milk. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf on a baking sheet or press into a meatloaf pan.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in additional Parmesan for glaze and brush over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
