Ingredients
- Round mandu dumpling wrappers
- Ground pork
- Firm tofu
- Kimchi
- Dangmyeon (sweet potato starch noodles)
- Bean sprouts
- Garlic chives
- Onion

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine minced onion, chopped kimchi, cooked dangmyeon noodles, blanched bean sprouts, chopped garlic chives, crumbled tofu, ground pork, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Take one dumpling wrapper and place it in your palm. Spoon about one tablespoon of filling into the center; moisten the edges with water and fold to seal.
- Arrange the filled dumplings in a steamer basket over boiling water. Steam for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked.
