Instructions
- Pat fish fillets dry and drizzle with olive oil. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add seasoned fish fillets. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaky. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium; add butter and olive oil until melted. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Mix in lemon juice and zest; season as needed. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle sauce over cooked fish fillets and garnish with parsley before serving.
