  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place cod fillets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
