  2. Steam soaked rice for about 25 minutes until cooked.
  3. Cream butter and sugars in a mixing bowl; add egg and vanilla.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt separately, then mix into wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in mangoes and sticky rice; chill dough for 15 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); bake cookies on parchment-lined sheet for 12–15 minutes.
