  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  2. Cut cabbage into wedges; sear in olive oil in a cast iron skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Remove cabbage; cook onion and garlic in the same skillet until softened.

  5. Add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and herbs; simmer for about 3 minutes.
