- 360 ml double cream (cold)

Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine strawberries and sugar. Stir until the strawberries soften and release their juices, about 10 minutes. Cool and blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cold double cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
- In another bowl, mix condensed milk, mascarpone, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Add half the strawberry sauce to the mascarpone mixture and swirl gently without fully mixing.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container, drizzle remaining strawberry sauce on top, swirl lightly, cover tightly, and freeze for at least 6 hours or until set.
