  • 15 g sugar
  • 397 g condensed milk (1 can)
  • 240 g mascarpone cream (room temperature)
  • 360 ml double cream (cold)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp fine salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine strawberries and sugar. Stir until the strawberries soften and release their juices, about 10 minutes. Cool and blend until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cold double cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
  3. In another bowl, mix condensed milk, mascarpone, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  4. Add half the strawberry sauce to the mascarpone mixture and swirl gently without fully mixing.
  5. Transfer to a freezer-safe container, drizzle remaining strawberry sauce on top, swirl lightly, cover tightly, and freeze for at least 6 hours or until set.
