- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced (optional)

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and add the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
